Positive, The location was fantastic, right in the center with all attractions nearby. The gym and spa were amazing, fully equipped and free . Staff was super helpful and genuinely caring. The breakfast offered a great variety that kept us satisfied for the day 😊

Strongly recommend the venue, and I will definitely go again next time. Chic clean property, it has really helpful and so caring staff who helped me during check-in and check-out. A fortress and a museum are walk from the accommodation, perfect and magnificent location not far from the pedestrian street of Belgrade, pedestrian area, and restaurants, shopping, National museum, National Theater and Kalemegdan Fortress.

This hotel met my needs in every way, totally recommend. This was a REALLY ENJOYABLE stay for amazing vacation. The room was well-appointed and new-fashioned with fantastic balcony, and I enjoyed it.

The breakfast buffet featured good local dishes, and the helpful staff efficiently arranged my airport shuttle back to ensure a smooth departure.

I appreciated the hotel, it was stylish and clean with favourable and amazing location right in the centre. Location: the property was next to central Belgrade. I booked a standard queen room for 3 nights and had a special stay;)))

The envoy is a stylish boutique hotel right in the middle of the action, located on a pedestrian street. The room was neat and spacious. I loved the cozy courtyard for enjoying breakfast and watching the world go by. The staff was particularly lovely.

The air conditioning didn't work properly. I asked the staff, but they were unhelpful and suggested opening a window instead. The cleaning was subpar. The bathroom was not cleaned at all .

The location is perfect for exploring, and we visited the local market and a nearby museum. The breakfast spread was excellent, catering to various tastes. The beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Don't miss the spa facilities next time.

The only downside was the check-in experience. It was a bit slow even when we arrived on time.

The breakfast was a highlight, with healthy and delicious options, perfectly fresh and well-prepared. The room was spacious and comfortable that the city has to offer. The location means that the drop-off point for cabs is not directly at the hotel entrance, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Highly recommend for solo travelers

The staff was polite and filled with hospitality, ready to assist with anything we needed. The delicious elderflower water in the lobby was such a refreshing touch after a long day of exploring.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly , but still acceptable.

Great bed and excellent wifi, but luggage storage security was lacking.

The breakfast lacked variety and could have benefited from more yogurt options. The cozy lobby and great espresso were nice touches, yet, there were occasional delays in service during peak times that impacted the overall dining experience.
